Financial Controller
John was Finance Director for a number of Scottish-based privately owned food and drink companies over the last twenty five years until he retired in 2018. Prior to that, he spent twelve years in the accountancy profession, progressing to senior manager with one of the major firms. He now provides part-time finance and commercial support to the business, providing regular management information to assist with monitoring business performance, including commission analyses, expense control and staff administration, plus liaising with key suppliers.
John’s main interests outside work are sports-related, being an enthusiastic keen golfer and curler, plus a veteran hockey player.
