After spending more than 20 years working in senior management roles for some of the UK’s largest companies, Paul spent five years building a successful UK wide financial services firm which he successfully sold in early 2020.
Paul then launched the Futura group of companies, investing into financial advice firms across the UK. Futura’s unique proposition allows Group trading brands to maintain their identity, values, team and culture, while supporting where required to achieve growth.
Away from work, Paul has a busy homelife with his wife Lisa, and their 5 children. They enjoy life living by the seaside and have recently been restoring their period home.
Paul has, for more than 4 years, volunteered as a Governor for a large local school of more than 700 students, chairing the finance and resources committee.
His leadership helps to bring structure and control to high-growth, fast-paced businesses and he is passionate about continuing to build Prosperity’s success story into the future.
